Systems

• Quality Control & Assurance:

We have stringent measures in place to ensure that quality of work is provided in every aspect of the reconstruction of your home - this is paramount to our business. We take pride in our work, and in doing so, insist on controlled and accurate quality procedures.

We have a three step Quality Assurance Program in place on all our sites. This in depth three point check ensures our clients receive top quality workmanship, peace of mind and trust in our company's ability.

1. Our project specific Quality Assessment is inspected on a daily basis by our site manager and signed off when correct.

2. Our Quality Assessment Officer then inspects the work on a weekly basis and also signs off on the check sheets.

3. An independent Project Management company is brought in on a bi monthly basis to audit our own Quality Assurance procedures and vet our site specific check sheets to ensure quality is maintained at the highest possible standard.

• Cost Control:

We contract only competent trades people that can provide timely and efficient service. We are constantly reviewing our suppliers to ensure their supply costs are the most cost-effective we can achieve.

• Time Management:

Our staff are trained to manage their time cost effectively, we utilise itemised time sheets that allow detailed analysis of work, which compliments our cost control procedures and ensures accuracy for any potential leaky building claims.

• Health & Safety:

We have a comprehensive Health and Safety manual for employees and contractors. We hold weekly toolbox meetings to discuss all aspects of safety on site and record any incidents or accidents.

All our electrical appliances and leads are tested and tagged by a qualified electrical company.

• Inspections:

In addition to our own Quality Assessment Program, inspections are carried out by the engineers on site. Council inspectors are called in on a regular basis to inspect and sign off on various aspects of the work during the progress of the job.

On completion of the project, a final inspection is carried out together with the engineer, the owners and ourselves to ensure the project is in good order and completed to the highest standards.

This is called the practical completion stage and starts the maintenance period which usually lasts 60 days.
